Car description

This 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood has been sitting unused in dry and sunny Arizona for probably 30 years. The Arizona title had gone missing but I have done a Level 1 inspection and I am waiting to get the title at the moment.
I bought the car around 6 months ago and we have done a lot of service work to the car.
Since old Cadillac engines have a tendency to have sticking valve lifters resulting in bent push rods we pulled all lifters, cleaned them and oiled them, replaced freeze plugs, water pump.We had the carburetor rebuilt, installed a new battery. We cleaned the fuel tank and replaced the rubber fuel lines so the car sucks gas from the tank now.
We rebuilt the brakes inc installing new brake hoses and a rebuilt master cylinder with power booster and also installed a new set of radial tires. And we serviced the transmission, cleaned the filter and replaced the old trans fluid.
The Cadillac starts, runs and brakes now. I am not sure if the trans will need a rebuild soon or if it is only a little low on fluid (but we'll check), it slips when putting it in Drive.
The engine runs very well, we drive the car in and out of the shop daily and it does not smoke or make any strange noises. The exhaust is totally shot.
As far as the body, as you can see in my pictures the paint is really ugly and there's surface rust here and there but there is almost no rust needing repair/welding.3 of the 4 doors have very minor rust in one lower corner and there's silicone at the left and right lower corner of the rear window.I'm not sure if that is because water was leaking in there or if there's possible a little rust underneath the silicone.
I can't find any rust underneath the car except for surface rust, rocker panels are also rust free as are the front fenders. The bottom of the front fenders had small amounts of rust that was cut out and fresh metal welded in, it is professionallydone. The bottom of the quarter panels are also rust free.
The original interior is pretty dry but all there.
The Fleetwood hasPower windows (the front ones work, the right rear went down half ways but they all need a lube job.P-seatP-vent windowsP-door locks that click loud but I have not checked if they lock the car.A/C and tinted glass.
Most of the lights work, running lights, brake lights and even licence plate light in the back.
The car is 98%-99% complete, one piece of trim on the right front fender is missing, one V on the rear bumper is missing and the horn ring is incomplete.I don't know of anything else missing but there might be another detail or two that I have missed listing here.
The Cadillac is at our restoration shop in down town Phoenix where it can bee seen and inspected. We have around 45 cars in the shop and we don't have time to do any additional work to the Cadillac.
Around 10 years ago we restored the identical 1959 Fleetwood, dark green metallic exterior, we installed a dark green vinyl top and a dark green leather interior and finished it off with Cadillac wire wheels and www radial tires. The car was absolutely gorgeous and the first buyer who saw the Fleetwood bought it. I wanted to do the same thing with this Cadillac but we don't have the time.
