1961 Volvo P1800 - Jensen - Simply Beautiful - Very Near Concours Condition!

For sale is an absolutely beautiful 1961 Volvo P1800! This was a rust free California car that was fully nut and bolt restored to very near concours condition. The restoration was done several years ago and the car has since seen very limited use - it has been properly stored, pampered and enjoyed. At chassis number 936 it is an early Jensen model. Of course the engine, transmission, carburetors, brakes and all systems have been fully rebuilt at great expense. The paint is showroom quality and the underside is absolutely spotless - as clean as it came from the factory. The prices on Volvo 1800s are indeed going up with several recent sales in the $70-90K range. In a 2014 Forbes article Wayne Carini of Chasing Classic Cars said “prices are now on the rise and $100K could soon be the norm”. This 1961 Volvo P1800 is realistically priced and represents a very solid investment. Note that while the chassis number is clearly a 1961 build, the car was sold and is titled as a 1962 - fairly common practice in that era.
