1973 Volkswagen Thing Convertible Custom with Type 1 Air Cooled Engine

This is a custom VW THING - so much better than the original (sorry to the purist). Type 1 air cooled engine. Clean CA title. Runs and drives great. I was told by the guy that I got it from that it was built to be a support vehicle for the Baha 500. It's ready for summer. Comes with 2 additional sand paddle tires. I am not 100% sure what the mileage was when they rebuilt it but it shows 8811 on it now. Sold as is where is. Please ask all questions ahead of auction ending.
