1967 Trabant S Sedan

You are bidding on a Stunning 1967 Trabant S from East Germany. This Trabant is in all original condition. I just purchased it from a gentleman who lived in Europe for several years and really enjoyed the car so much that he imported the car back to the U.S. in 2013. He purchased the car from a Trabant expert, e was the moderator for the Trabant forum in Europe. This car has been Meticulously maintained through out its whole life and it shows. This car comes with the complete history of the 3 previous owners and all documentation for confirmation. The Exterior paint is all original, ith just a few blemishes for its age, eally nice condition. The Interior is all original and looks excellent, ost people thinks it has been restored. This 2-Stroke air cooled engine runs fantastic, hifts very smoothly through all 4-gears, his is a very peppy little car (it only weighs 1,350lbs), t cruises with no hesitation on the highway at 65 mph. Again this car has been regularly maintained and runs perfect. These East German cars are not easy to find especially in this condition, ts just a pure pleasure to drive around town. Everything works as it should, ll lights, linkers, orn, og lights, as gauge, lock, indshield wipers, new clutch just installed, new tires on all 4's, rakes just serviced stops on a dime, new CD stereo has been added for driving fun. This was East Germany's answer to West Germany's VW beetle. The 601 S is the Special Model, hich came with optional equipment like fog lights, ear white light and odometer. For a small car, aving independent suspension assures a smooth ride, hese Germans know how to build cars. Its amazing on how simple this car is to drive, his is definitely one of the most dependable and reliable cars you will drive.
