1993 S350 Turbodiesel

I bought this fine German diesel tank for my wife 3 years ago when she was learning to drive. I wanted to give her the safest car just in case she made a mistake on the road... Luckily, she didn't and gained my confidence to let her drive my car. This beauty is the last example of the fine German engineering. SMOG EXEMPT! I bought this beauty from a dishonest dealer. He and the mobile mechanic I hired "forgot" to mention that the driver's side outside door handle was broken and it didn't have the original key; just a cheap aftermarket one. I bought a used factory key, locks and an ignition switch with it and changed them all. Unfortunately, I could never make the remote control and the central locking system work. I have to manually lock the doors. The alarm system works. Not a speck of rust on the car! Smog exempt in California! Clean dashboard, no crack, There's never been smoked in the car,The engine runs excellently; no smoke at all.The car drives and stops fine, as it should.Cold A/C,Factory radio works,Good tires,Oil change was done about 1,000 miles ago, Transmission, oil, air filter change was done 9,000 miles ago,Power windows,Sunroof,Two rock chips on windshield (no cracks)There are some cosmetic blemishes (minor dents and scratches), as you would expect on a 28-year-old car with 185,000 miles on it.
