1978 CJ7 Parts vehicle... No Title

I got this from a friend to either use for parts, sell or salvage. At the time he hadn't found the title and spending $100 was not something either of us wanted to do. The more I have looked at it the more I am sure I don't plan to salvage it. eBay doesn't offer a title option for "lost”or "bill of sale" so I used the water damage option... that's what rust is anyway right?
I have since decided it isn't a project for me right now so I am letting it go. It sat for several years unprotected. Selling as a parts car only with no title but I will include a bill of sale and contact information for the title holder. As long as you pay for the title work he would be willing to work with anyone to get it.

I've been asked about the frame. It is definitely an Illinois vehicle. The three pics j just posted are of the rear frame near the spring shackles.

Ask any questions you may have, I want to be as straight forward as I can be on this.
