Up for sale is my 1979 International Scout II. This is an originalRallyethat rolled off the line on August 1978 out of Montebello, CA. This Scout has been painted recently with newRallyestripes. It has no rust and runs very strong. I’ve only owned this for a short time but I currently have another Scout that I feel needs more attention so this one has to find another home. I was in the process ofdynamattingthe interior to help with the “tin can†sound. I can discuss this later with the buyer what they would like to do with the noise dampening. The interior is in great shape. There is a tear on the driver side door panel from the window lever tearing it. It has new carpet throughout and has a roll bar installed. Currently, the gauges do not work as well as the radio. I am in the process of checking fuses and troubleshooting those. I can discuss this with the buyer as well if they so choose. There is a crack in the driver side vent window. I found a vent window through a fellowScoutsmanbut have not bought it yet. It has factory air conditioning that blows but it’s not cold. It also has factory cruise control that does not work and also has a tilt column which is fairly rare. The center console is also original. This is a very fun ScoutRallyein excellent overall shape.
