Car description

You are bidding on a 1967 International Harvester 1000B "stepside" model pickup.I purchased the truck two years ago from a broker who was selling off a number of vehicles from a collector in California. This truck was originally shipped to & sold in California, and spent the majority of its years there. It had a clear California title which I transferred to a PA. title in my name.Amazingly, this truck has less than 20,000 original miles as was documented on the CA. title as "actual mileage".Here are the details:

Also,I would be interested in a trade for a 1934-36 International C-1 pickup truck of equal value-Contact me if interested.

This truck is solid with no current or previous rust or corrosion damage or repair. All body joints & seams are nice & straight with no issues. After I received it,I pulled off the original front & rear bumpers to be powdercoated, and was amazed that the mounting bolts/nuts came apart easily with a wrench,as there was NO corrosion on them. What a difference a California vehicle makes when you work on them! Also had the hubcaps powdercoated at the same time. The truck was repainted once in its lifetime, approx. 15 years ago.Not a show finish, but very presentable in its original factory "Aspen Green" finish. There are a couple nicks & scrapes around the truck(see pics),but it still looks great, and is very straight.

The interior is in very nice shape with the original bench seat, and seatbelts(first year for factory seatbelts). The dashboard pad has cracks in it from UV rays, but I had a Dash Mat made for it,and it looks good. All gauges, lights work inside & out.All glass panes are original with no cracks.I replaced all the rubber body/door seals, and I have a new set of window felts for the doors that come with the truck, and are ready to install. Also have a new rear window rubber seal that comes with the truck.Included is a new carpet replacement for the original rubber floor mat as well.

Theoriginal straight 6 motorfires right up either cold or hot,and idles smoothly.Has a new battery, spark plugs, wires, rotor cap,etc..All the original California emmissions equipment is still installed on the motor as the day it left the factory.I believe that 1967 was the first year these were mandated in California.Again,it runs strong & cool.Original 3-speed on the column transmission works smoothly,as does the clutch. All the brakes work as well as drum brakes from the 1960s can, with no issues there either.Frame is clean & solid, front to back.

I installed a brand new set of Coker radial whitewall tires,as the original bias plied tires were still on the truck when I bought it.What a difference that makes! Also had the front end inspected/aligned & torsion bars adjusted.Tracks straight & true.

Also included are a complete set of factory reprint Service & Parts manuals for the truck,as well as an original factory owner's manual.Offered at a reasonable "Buy It Now" price,or feel free to shoot me a reasonable offer or trade for a 1934-36 International C-1 pickup.

Please ask questions,as all sales are final.Winning bidder to make a $500.00 PayPal deposit within 48 hours, and full payment due within 7 days.Winning bidder responsible for pickup/transport,and would like picked up within two weeks, unless prior arrangements are made. Also feel free to contact me on my cell at 412-558-9154 to discuss any details.
