1974 4x4 International Harvester Scout II - Pristine California Car Rust Free

This always in California Scout is in amazing rust free condition. I bought it from original owner 2 1/2 years ago and he was the original owner. I have used it as a daily driver for the last several years and have enjoyed it very much. In the summer I take the top off and put on a retractable soft top (included) which makes it a fantastic car to drive around town. Always getting lots of thumbs up! Drive it as it is. put a little effort into it and it will be in show condition. or lift it and make it into a fantastic rock crawler. This car will work for any of those things. The body is completely rust free and was repainted a few years ago. There are some cosmetic chips in the paint around the car but is still in great condition. The top is perfect. The drivetrain is original and runs great. Starts right up and runs perfectly every time. The engine is the 258 6 cylinder which is the same engine as in the old CJs. That means parts are always available. Whenever I've needed anything I've been able to go to my local auto parts store and they always have it. Manual transmission with a 4x4 which works perfectly as well. The interior is completely redone a little over a year ago with new vinyl seats and dashboard. interior doors repainted professionally. The floor was also replaced with a fitted rubber mat in the front and back. Replaced the brakes and all the brake lines two years ago. Replaced the front spring connectors. New shocks 18 months ago. Installed a great stereo with bluetooth for your phone. Spent a ton on super nice speakers. Great sound. New oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket. Tires have another 25k miles on them. Soft top for soft-topper included and all the parts are ready to go. Just need to take the top off and snap it on. Problems:- small chip in front windshield (not noticeable)- wiper fluid pump not connected- oil pressure gauge in dash stopped working a little while ago. oil pressure is great. just the gauge. This is a rare opportunity to get a rust free scout in fantastic condition. Don't let it get away. low reserve as I am ready to sell.
