1979 Ford F-250 4x4 ranger xlt 75,000 original miles 400M auto A/C tilt cruise

This truck was owned by a Eastern SD farmer for over 3 decades. His widow sold it to me. We rebuilt the carb. filled the tank with gas and took the family out for a couple outings. It has 400M C6 autoFull time 4WDDana 60 rearDana 44 front - disc brakesPower brakesPower steeringExcellent interior - only slight tear in the vinyl part of the seat. Flip over gooseneck ballFirestone air bagsNew tires and wheelsSmog pump is there. but not hooked up. Cruise control does not workEverything else works as it should. Truck drives really well. steering is VERY TIGHT. The miles are true and original. Only surface rust is present. And it is in the front and bottom of the box - which the pictures make it look worse than it is. A light sandblast would take care of the rust and a $500. 00 spray in bed liner. There is no rust in the wheel wells. No rust in the floor boards. Receipts and history will go with the truckI've owned 15 '77-'79 fords and still have 3 other low mileage great condition F150s. This is by far the nicest original condition '79 Ford I've seen. That includes my Dad's special ordered F150. and my 56. 00 original mile F150 4x4. I will regret selling this one. but we just have too many to drive and show. So it must go down the road. The truck is for sale locally.
