Car description

The P4 is widely regarded as the most beautiful car in the world. The first picture shows a completed car. The rest shows my project.
I have had this project since 2014. Long story short. I moved out of the USA for work and the project, while it has been at a shop, has progressed slowly without my direct oversight (as these things go).
Now that we are all at home more, it's the perfect project for you if you've got the talent. I estimate that it is 4-5 months of work for someone who has the skills. Could be less, I think this is conservative yet realistic.
If you REALLY have interest, please get in touch and we can discuss details. Here are the basics:
  • Ferrari V-12 engine (rebuilt from a mid-80's 365)
  • Porsche transaxle
  • Hand built aluminum body
  • Custom tube frame
  • Suspension, brakes, wheels, fuel cells, etc.
I have not seen the project firsthand in 5 years. Here is what I know is needed:
  • Tires
  • Assembly and wiring (engine and trans have been dummied up)
  • Paint (yes, it is painted, but not good enough)
  • Carbs or injection
  • Headers
  • Lights
The original is unobtainable. Well done recreations bring over $1m. Average recreations bring $250k. I simply don't have the time to complete. I've invested $120k in the project thus far. I am not going to give you the "all the hard work's done". It's all hard work, as you know if you've built a car before. But this project has a ton of potential and is very well on the way. If you are considering building a Cobra, a GTM, or some other sort of car - Don't. Instead build this; you will have something super unique and worth a lot of money when done.
My loss, your gain. You get it. I don't need to sell it and am not going to give it away. But I would like to move it on to someone who wants to finish it and I am realistic that I am going to take a significant loss here. A hobbyist/builder would be awesome!
I also have a Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 Straman (pictured, the Borrani wire wheels are probably worth $10k) and an aluminum body (pictured, the one without paint, needs finishing) Ferrari 625 TRC. This was another project I was going to do, and I would also sell these separately or include them in a deal. They are not included in this listing if reserve is met.
What have you got? Cars, race cars, RV, property, etc. I'm flexible, these cars need a nice, new, caring home with someone who is going to do something great with them! 972-904-1417, P4 located in Indiana, 365 and 625 TRC body located in Oklahoma.
