Car description

I have for sale this super original 1971 SuperBee Charge, this car is Very soli, the only rust repair I can find in this car is the bottom of left fender and the very bottom of rear quarters but it must have been very minor as even the trunk drop offs are still solid, the pics of the trunk speak volumes about the shape of this ca, floors inside look just as good aside from the drivers footwell area witch actually has some surface rust nut no hole, this car has been off the road stored indoors since 198, the person I bought the car from bought it in 1998 and never drove it as he also simply tucked it in his garag, he rebuilt the entire suspensio, and went through the fuel system then never actually drove the ca, he added the hideaway headlamp, dual mirrors and gull wing with all oem mopar parts removed from a rusty 71 Charger R/, the original grills bumper and rear valence are included, much of the paint along with the stripes are original to this car from new but this is where the problem comes i, the second owner when he installed the mirrors decided to paint them with color matched spray paint then he got carried away trying to do the same with all the scratches on the car along with repainting the scratched up trunk floor which in that case was good because it really shows how nice this car i, look at the spot weld, unfortunately he sanded the sides of the car before doing so which now makes this car require a complete repaint otherwise it would have been a great survivor as the roof, hood and trunklid sho, this car starts up and does yard drive the brakes work perfect as everything is new but the gas is very bad so the car will need the tank drained as it runs poorl, the motor is numbers matching and does not appear to have ever been out of the car and makes no funny noises aside from running poorly do to the dead gas cant tell you on the tranny as the headers he installed make that number hard to se but I can almost guarantee its original, the only not original items not on or included with this car is the distributo, air cleaner, valve covers and the correct carbureto, original intake and exhaust manifolds are in the trunk and the original radiator is still in the ca, fender tags are present and the car is an orig B2 Blue with black houndstooth interio, the dash pad is perfec, nice console uncut rally dash with all working gauge, the torque boxes are perfect without even any scale on the, the rear rails have some heavy surface rust but the are no holes or bulging rust to be found... The cowl is very solid and the only rust blistering under the hood is a half dollar size near the front of each hood hinge.. all in all this car is a fantastic candidate for a complete resto or simply a nice repaint and drive as is which is exactly what I will do if I don't get what I am looking for... I could not find a build sheet under the seats and did not dig any further than the front buckets or back seat or under glove box so I would assume there is none... there is no title for this car but I have a signed open transferable registration from the original NY owner as NY is a non title state … while this car aint cheap you will be hard pressed to find another in this color combo in this condition, any serious questions can call me at 203-305-0527 Chuck sold as is where is no warrantee...
