Car description

Up for auction is my 1968 Dodge Charger. I have owned this car through the summer and have decided to sell it to pursue another mopar. The car is a nice driver quality restored car that is an excellent cruiser. The car is originally a 318 automatic but now has a stock 1968 model year 440 4 barrel with a 4 speed transmission. The original 8 3/4 axle is still in place with hemi leaf springs. I believe the center is a 3:55 sure grip, but have not confirmed that.
The body and paint is in great shape and only 3 years old. The car has had 1/4 panels, partial floor pans, trunk floor, trunk floor extensions and a rear lower valance replaced as far as I know. The bumpers are new, grill is in excellent shape with all new trim, and tail lights are excellent shape used pieces.
The interior has new carpet, headliner and seat covers. The rest of the interior uses original parts that are in good shape, no cracks in the dashpad. It does have a center console,AM FM thumbwheel radio that does work, tic toc tach and a woodgrain steering wheel.
Otherfeatures include: hood mounted turn signal indicators, power steering, manual 4 wheel drum brakes, 26 inch radiator, 15 inch new magnum 500 road wheels with 275/60/15 drag radials in the rear.
The car does have its original fender tag and a perfect broadcast sheet. The original jack assembly as shown with a proper redline spare tire is in place. There is a small chip at the leading edge of the hood and the tail lamp harness could use replacement, otherwise a great investment quality Charger you can enjoy.
The car is being sold as is and no trades are wanted at this time. Feel free to call Davewith any questions beforehand. (734)624-2212
