Car description

Before Bidding, lease read the full description and if you have under 20 feedback please contact us first before you place a bid. We just want to make sure that you are serious of following through with the sale should you win this auction. This is a NO Reserve auction for a 1971 Dodge Challenger rolling shell. It originally started life as a factory 300 HP, 83 V-8, eavy Duty Automatic Trans, F3 Medium Green Poly with Green Vinyl Top and Black Body Side Stripes. At the end of the description I will give you the information decoded from the fender tag. The car was taken off the road many years ago due to underside and frame rust issues. If it had not been poorly stored, t would probably be quite salvageable today but time and weather has taken its toll. Floors are completely rotted out as is center trunk pan and top of front cowl. Motor, rans and rear were eventually sold off a few years later. A couple of years ago we took a few Mopar projects in trade on an exspensive Charger and this came as part of the deal. So we rounded up what was left and just put it off to the side. We had some left over sheet metal parts from another project so we pieced this car back together. This car still retains its original dash and vin tag, ender tag, runk lip stamping and radiator support number (this portion was cut out to remove motor but can be welded back in place). Original front fenders were bolted back on. The doors, runk lid and hood are from another vehicle. They are not the best parts but they can be restored. Has a decent roof, ash frame, ail light panel, ail light trim panel with tail light housings, omplete upper trunk lip rain gutter, tc. Right side front frame rail is actually quite decent. Left side front does have rot through and both rear frame rails are pretty much toast. There was just enough strength on the rear ones to bolt a little bit newer rear end in the car to make it a roller. We also strapped it in place so it would not move around. The rocker panels for the most part and the door jambs are reasonably solid to the body. So there is no worry about it shaking loose. There were quite a few miscellaneous parts that belong to the car so we gathered them up and put them into the trunk. If you need to know what there is, ive us a call. We also have a good front bumper and impact insert that is included.
