1968 Camaro Super Sport

Up for auction is a1968 Camaro Super Sport with matching numbers in great overall condition that I really don't have the time for. It is a unique car in the sense that it has a high performance 305 engine in it from the early 80's with very low miles and I also have the matching numbers original SS 350 engine to go along with it. The previous owner had purchased from a family member of the original owner and had the complete engine pulled because it had a valve tap but it only has approximately 60,000 miles on it and overall the car currently has less than 65,000. My intent was to have the original engine rebuilt and put back in and restore it back to the true SS that it is but never had the time over the past 15 years that I've owned. The 305 engine currently in it runs great so there is no rush to get the original engine back in it but from a pure value perspective getting the original back in would be ideal. It was painted approx 10 years ago and still looks great but does have a few small bubbles forming. I had the steel cowl hood installed on it because I liked the way it looked better prior to the paint job but do have the original SS hood, rally wheels, engine and lots of additional parts that will go with it. The chrome fooserims on it pitted with less than 1,000 miles on them and tires. They would look good powder sandblasted and powder coated black or put original rims back on. Overall this is a great car to enjoy as is and slowly get it back to its' original condition.
