Car description |
---|
I have for sale a 1973 Buick Gran Sport Stage 1. This is a real “V†code 455 CI 270HP TH400 car. Not only are these super rare, they are also the last production car built in 1973 with any decent HP (end of the muscle car era). There were only 728 Gran Sport Stage 1 cars built in 1973. With A/C and Th400makes this car 1 of 495. Pictures and video will show how nice this car really is. This car has A/C (was working, tested it for this ad and it is now not getting cold, lost charge maybe?), power steering, power disc brakes, 3:42 posi-traction rear, factory Stage 1 suspension upgrades, factory dual exhaust, tinted glass all around, original AM-FM radio and tilt wheel. Factory 15†5 spoke mags with B.F. Goodrich T/A Radials, rides super nice. This car had a very nicely done face lift before I got it. Here’s what I know, it had New paint in the original Green Gold Metallic, new weather strips all around, window & door seals, nicely detailed engine and engine compartment, factory stickers and production line marks. The original saddle interior is near perfect and everything works as it should. Trunk is also nicely detailed and finished with the original splatter paint, spare mag with tire and jack are all present. Original manual & dealer’s brochure. The under-side of this car is as nice as the top side. This car runs and drives excellent with tons of power. I recently did some research in attempt to verify that this is a numbers matching motor. I have not been able to locate that special # at this point, therefore I cannot say the motor is original, matching numbers. It has a small exhaust leak on the pass. side at the manifold/donut. Odometer reads 12,485. Priced very reasonable for such a rare muscle car. I bet you'll have the only one at the car shows !!
I am providing a link to a recent video of the car which lets you get a close up look and feel for it. You may have to copy and paste the link depending on your browser. Any questions feel free to contact me.
