Car description

WV2ZZZ70ZMH061680 is the VIN number. EBay did not recognize this European VIN.
1991 T4 Westfalia California. Belgium import. Purchased in Belgium from US NATO Officer who took his family of four to Ireland for vacation. When we adopted her, we renamed her Greta, and we took her on weekend destination vacations throughout Europe. We imported her to the USA in 2018 when we were retired from the Foreign Service. She has been used as a moving van, a camper van, and all-around transportation vehicle. Simply adding a port-a-potty to the unit allowed us to go on a 2-week hiking adventure on the New England Trail. We’ve had lots of amazing trips thanks to Greta, but sadly due to our current relocation to Philadelphia, we need to downsize.

This Westfalia “California” edition [http://www.camper-van-fun.com/vw-california.html] amenities include a pop-top roof, rock and roll bed, driver/passenger rotating captains seats, two gas burner stovetop, sink and running water, chest fridge/freezer (not functioning), cupboard storage, standing gas heater, awning, and two (2-year old) Exide gel leisure batteries. It’s also outfitted with a full set of curtains, metal insect screen window inserts, and side and rear insect nets. Driver and passenger door windows include pulldown sun shades..

She does have some light body rust, as noted in photos and wear as expected of a van of her age. Last year, a deer hit the front driver’s fender. We purchased a new fender and a body shop installed and matched the paint color.

The speedometer was converted to miles after importing her. Other than this and an after-market cruise control and window tinting, she is an original. No other modifications were made. (As is to be expected of a vehicle of this age, she is being sold in "As-Is" condition, and no warranty applies.)

German language technical manuals included. I used these manuals to perform periodic maintenance. No mechanical issues, she runs and drives fine. Here is a video of her on the highway: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ya-w8b41VXI

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We can provide more photos/videos.I was limited to the number of photos on ebay, but more can be found here: https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipOWLvZw6uv82gweUD8gLjimEoa9i6fUydMTmBsUI1rDNtDpwPmF1ZPF8p2mf3qrXw?key=UExMQ1MtWWdLbUpQSlZYQ2E1UWR4ZVZPOGpUZEtBIf you are in the Philadelphia area, you can come over to inspect her in person. A great van ready for more adventures!
