Car description

Up for auction is real nice solid VW Bus. Originally from the outer banks of area of North Carolina. With the exception of a prior paint job, it remains mostly original.

The 1700 cc engine is equipped with dual carbs and runs really well. The clutch and four speed manual shift smoothly. It does not have the common leaks and it doesn't smoke. New fuel pump, drive belt and coil just installed. Tires and brakes are relatively new as well.

Interior and glass are in great original condition. It has the original sink, mother in law seat and folding couch/seat/bed. It has the original curtains and some extra original material to make new ones. Very presentable dash and door panels.

It has minimal rust around the wheel wells and floors. A little rust also in rockers and lower doors.

It shows 47,000 miles. Seldom driven in the last 10 years.

As it sits, it is a great driver quality Van/Bus.
