1973 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Base 1.6L

Excellent opportunity to build your dream car by restoring this convertible without spending a lot . Only a few ghia convertibles on Ebay lately and they are not cheap!. '73 Ghia convertible, ast year manufactured! It will need restoration but it is well worth the effort, /p>

Needs some sheet metal replaced that is readily available at a VW parts store or you can use a acheap donor coupe. Very salvageable with some minor metal work or replacements (fairly cheap).The doors open & close nicely, indshield and door glass are all there as well. The bumpers are there but the front bumper is not the car's, OESN'T HAVE A MOTOR but comes with the transmission.No gas tank.

4 speed Ghia,12 volt, RS axles, ll gauges there as well as the top that needs replacing. Front grills, ear deck and front deck are ok, nbsp;rocker panels and the lower part of the doors and floorboard need repair/replacing. Has bothfront seats but no back seat, eys are on the switch, nd has never been hit in the front. It has been sitting for a while with the top down but it is easilyrestorable, f not at least for great car parts to restore your dream ride. Salvageable parts alone are worth twice the reserve!
