Car description |

Whether you're a big-time car collector, car hobbyist, r someone who knows very little about cars, think you'll probably agree that this is the coolest Karmann Ghia on the planet, specially if you spend a few minutes checking it out.
A little bit about me: I was born with what I call the car bug (engrained love for cool vehicles), ave owned and sold hundreds of collectible cars, wned a large classic/exotic car dealership/restoration facility and found/finished (with the help of my team) and sold the only Tucker Convertible on the planet. I'm selling this car for a friend of mine.
This is THE car that Uma Thurman drove in Quentin Tarantino's hit movie, ill Bill 2, nd something that James Dean would probably have in his collection if he was still with us today (more on this below). Please note that two cars were used in the movie. This is the one that wasn't crashed into a tree by Uma during filming. In addition, t's a pro touring masterpiece that was completed by Kelly Moss Motorsports. Check their website out if you haven't heard of the them. They're one of the premier Porsche racing/modification/repair facilities in the United States.
The current owner of the car wanted it for his collection and decided after enjoying it for awhile that he wanted it to perform better. He's not the type who's going to just throw a new carb, ntake and exhaust on a car to increase its performance and call it quits. When it was all said and done he had well over $120,000 invested in parts and labor, ot including the cost of the car itself.
What do you get when you throw that kind of money at a Karmann Ghia and Kelly Moss Motorsports? A Porsche Spyder with a Karmann Ghia body on it. Seriously, his thing is now equipped with a built 3.2L Porsche 911 Carrera engine (dynoed at 228 horsepower and 230 foot pounds of torque), orla Exhaust, orsche 5 speed 915 transaxle with custom made drive shafts, orsche 911 shifter/shifter tunnel, ompletely upgraded competition front and rear suspension systems with Bilstein coil overs out back, isc brakes on all four corners, taggered Porsche 911 style polished wheels with new performance tires, eavily upgraded frame with new floor pans, new steering box, orsche 911 oil and fuel tanks, hantom 340 fuel pump and thousands of dollars worth of additional miscellaneous resto/build parts. Understand now why James Dean, ne of the most famous Porsche Spyder fanatics ever, ould want this bad-boy pro touring movie car in his collection?
It's had lass than 1,000 miles put on it since the pro touring build was completed and it was not repainted during the build process due to the owner's desire to keep it looking as much like it did in the movie as possible. It's the star of every car show that it attends and is the ultimate combination of movie history collectibility, erformance and style. It has been appraised at $160,000 and you could spend that kind of money in an attempt to replicate it, ut you obviously won't have the only real Kill Bill 2 movie car on the planet. You'd also be wasting a lot of money since you can get the real deal for about half the price! The signed movie poster and prop Hattori sword pictured come with the car. The poster comes with a certificate of authenticity. All build documentation/receipts also come with the car. Contact Justin at 608-658-0550 with any questions.
