Car description

This is a real 1965 Tiger Gold Tri-Power 4-speed convertible. PHS Documented, on the registry.

Car needs complete restoration. Car has been sitting since early 80's and has lots of rust. Floors, frame, trunk, etc.

Obviously very rare, highly collectible, and valuable when restored.

Tiger Gold, Black Top, Gold Interior.

Options are Tri-Power, 4-Speed, Safe-T-Trak, Console, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Rally Gauges, Wood Wheel.
Not Original Engine. I do have date Code Correct WS Engine that I will sell Separately.

Plans were to restore it, but life has taken a different direction.

On Aug-24-19 at 09:29:53 PDT, seller added the following information:

Hi all, just because I have been getting a ton of messages. Yes this is a real Tiger Gold Factory Tri-Power 4-speed car. The car is on the 65 tri-power 4-speed convertible registry. It is the only Tiger Gold Car on there. It is a 100% legitimate car that I GUARANTEE. Yes, I have the PHS, no I don't feel like sending it to everyone that asks. Plus if your serious about the car you probably will want to order it yourself, as anyone can doctor up a PHS.
I did put a picture of the billing sheet and if your familiar with how to read it you will see in the first Highlighted Column
75,76 (WS) that equals factory Tri-power77 (W) four Speed
In The second Highlighted Column - Color2 - Tiger Gold2 - Black Top34 - Gold Interior
The Vin Tag has 2-2 on it.
For the people more familiar with 65 Tiger Gold Cars the invoice date 07/27/5 (07C on the Vin Tag)

I hope that helps answer any questions, not trying to be rude, just getting a ton of messages from people asking questions trying to verify the car.
Last Note, this is an extremely rare 65 GTO, it needs a complete restoration and will be worth a lot of money when done. For people just looking for a good project, I would pass on this car.
