For sale is a clean, dry 1968 Pontiac Tempest wagon. This car is clean. I wont say rust free but its as clean a body as you will find. It does have dings and dents but there is no holes or rot on this car. Was originally the teal-blue color, someone painted it silver. Not sure mileage offhand will try to look soon. Car came from Nevada a year or so ago and I bought it last spring. Car is a runner and it has the original OHC 6 cylinder and a three speed manual on the column. It runs and drives. Late last season it seemed to load up on me after a little riving. I think there is some old fuel and possibly some dirt in the tank. Id guess the fuel filter, maybe clean out the carb I just ran out of time last year. This car is bare bones. Was a radio delete car, the only factory options are roof rack and power rear window. Someone cut the dash before me for an aftermarket radio so I put one in to fill the hole. Detach face cd player with aux plug and two 6x9 in boxs sitting behind the seat. All the weatherstripping is shot and the front seat is torn up which is why the blanket over the seat. Vintage torque thrust wheels with vintage bias ply tires. Tires have great tread, minor weather checking. Drum brakes all around, manual steering, manual brakes. Clean title.
