I am selling my pride and joy because I have run out of time, money. I really hate to sell this car. 10 years I've spent bringing this car back from the dead. It's an 1984 Pontiac Trans Am. Black and gold with t-tops. Pretty much everything has been redone on this car. Brakes, suspension, paint, engine, interior, and rubber seals. The motor is the original #'s matching 305 but it has been completely rebuilt from the inside out. Upgraded with an RV cam and Edlebrock 650CFM Thunderseries carb. The transmission is a rebuilt 700R4 with shift kit. Every rubber seal has been replaced. The paint is about 3 years fresh. The engine has about 1000 miles on the rebuild. Upgraded to a 3 core aluminum radiator with custom dual electric fan setup. New speakers and Pioneer am/fm/cd/usb stereo and power antenna. The interior was re-upholstered with black/grey leather and customembroidered Phoenix in gold on the headrest, and all new carpet. Also has a Fisher T Top zippered bag for top storage. All bushings in the suspension have been replaced, new front steering linkage has been installed along with a rebuilt steering gearbox, all shocks/struts/springs have been replaced as well. All of the work was done by myself and my mechanic at my shop. Both headlights go up and down as they are supposed to. Title is free and clear. Now, some of the interior rear cargo trim pieces still need installed in the car, but I do have them. The car will need a new headliner and sail panels for the interior, and the tires could use replacing because they are old and have flat spots in them which make for a bumpy ride. The exhaust is currently true duals back to glass packs. This will make someone a great drive-able show car. It's been in the local car shows around here. It truly is a nice car. I'm asking $7500 o.b.o. I also have about 7 totes of spare parts and pieces that will go with the car including another set of rims. (the newer mid 80's snowflake style).
