1948 Packard Deluxe 8

1948 Packard Deluxe 8. 70k miles. flathead 8 cylinder. 3 speed column shift. This car is currently on road and runs and drives nice. Has some play in steering but hey, its 70 years old!! Has some surface spots on body that were not properly addresse, in my opinion, when painted some time ago by previous owner... but the overall appearance of car is very nice. Also has some frame rust and some undercarrage rust expected from a 70 year old car. Frame has some rust through on one side by leaf spring area. Has been that way for many many years according to last owner. Drives without issue, but properly addressing it is recommended. Some rechroming was done on the car and it looks great! 3 speed shifts effortlessly. Clutch grabs a bit high, but no slippage. The interior looks amazing for its age!! Original radio kinda works on and off but may be antena related. Original clock has been rebuilt and now works electronicly but with original clock! I really want to keep this one for myself, but just cant due to moving. It is really priced realisticly so dont miss this opportunity!!!! nj residents add 6.875% state sales tax...All residents add $129 doc fee.
