Car description

Needs restoration had it painted but didn't like the job so never finished the car. Interior is mostly redone they didn't finish the door panels. Chrome was all redone has sat since but still looks good. Still has original 6 volt wiring needs updated. All rubber suspension door moldings etc need replaced. Gas tank needs relined and refinished. Ran and drove when put in garage years ago still turns over but not starting probably not getting gas through the system. Anyone seriously interested needs to come look at the car to determine condition it is for sale locally so will close auction early if it sells. RARE 1950 Olds Rocket 88 Holiday Coupe the First Muscle Car gr8 resto project 50 Description This ultra rare 1950 Oldsmobile 88 Holiday coupe is very hard to find this model was very low production under 1500 if I remember correctly most of those were converted to race cars and wrecked. In 1950 these cars won 10 of the 19 Nascar races and that's the first time the announcer's used the name "Muscle Car" so these were the first muscle cars and the Holiday coupe's with the trunk were the ones they went after. 1950 was also the first year of the one piece windshield the factory still installed 2 piece glass in alot of them but this has the one piece glass. The redone chrome that comes with the car is probably worth more than the asking price by itself. I also have contact info for parts and wiring diagrams to help with the restoration.

Read Auction completely it contains actual photos and a good description so you know exactly what you're getting. If anything is not clear or there are questions email before bidding. Local pickup only buyer is responsible to pick it up.

Five Star feed back is always my goal if there is any reason it can't be left let me know. When the buyer leaves feedback I know everything went well and leave good feedback in return. If a problem arises let me know before leaving feedback.
