Car description

Hello folks,Sadly - It's time to auction off my old faithful friend, the 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser (International Edition) SL Station Wagon, w/ cool optionalfactorytachometer instrument cluster and aluminum alloy wheels.SL model: has most power options: 6 way power driver seat, power windows, tilt steering wheel etc.I've owned for approx eight years and I believe I'm the third owner of this great old car. It's been my daily driver until recently. I'm replacing it with a larger tow vehicle to tow an RV with. I live in a small high desert town, so it's not been exposed to a lot of moisture and doesn't get driven many miles per day.The wagon is in fair to good condition: I've tried to keep it maintained so to be safe and reliable as my daily driver, regular oil changes etc. The 3.3 L (204 in) V6 engine runs strong w/ no smoke, knocking sounds etc. Never overheats, burns/leaks very little oil and starts every time. The transmission shifts as it should w/ no slipping etc. The drive train combo makes for a very smooth ride with plenty of power! it's a pleasure to drive. Tires are almost new, brakes in good shape, rear drums make a bit of noise when weather is damp but are sound. Front end is in good shape. All electrical works accept for: cigarette lighter, cruise control, power antenna, a.c. stopped blowing cold a few months ago. It has a refurbished stock Delco am/fm radio w/ cassette and Aux plugin for cell phone etc, works great! All power windows / door-locks work accept for one door-lock button (just lock by hand). The body and under carriageare in good shape, never been wrecked and no rust! (helps being an Oregon car, no salt in winter time). The hood has a crimp on one edge but still functions and is not noticeable when in closed position (see pic). The original paint is faded has some scratches and minor dings. All glass is good! Interior is in fair to good shape, dash is great, upholstery, carpets good w/ some flaws. Headliner material was removed but ceilinglooks okay too.Has wing windows in cargo area and two custom air fans operated by toggle switches on the dash. The lady who I bought it from had fans installed for her Corgi show dog who would ride back there. There is still some residual dog hair on cargo area carpet but no bad smells etc. Has 3rd row jump seat and lockable storage under cargo area.Has clean Oregon title and current 2 year registration, original paper work, repair receipts, manuals etc. Please keep in mind: This car is no trailer queen and will need some TLC but it still looks good, is sound, reliable and safe to drive. It's all original with low miles and will make a good, classic ride for the next owner. Good luck bidding!! Thanks! And please feel free to contact me throughebay with any questions.
