Car description

Greetings fellow automobile aficionados:

A car for the discerning collector or serious Oldsmobile enthusiast - for sale is my 1970 Oldsmobile 98 convertible, hich has 27,018 miles on it. Always garage kept and adult owned. Never wrecked/rusted, r otherwise abused. Purchased from original owner out of Palo Alto, A 10 years ago. Never driven in inclement weather, nd certainly not on salt. No apologizes or excuses needed. Only thing that does not work is the cruise control (neverattempted looking into it). This is the last year of the Oldsmobile 98 convertible, ith 3,161 built - by far the rarest of the General Motors"C" body triumvirate. It is loaded with all the desirable options. Manual a/c rather than the available "Comfortron" fully automatic a/c system - this is a plus as the "Comfortron" system was problematic; the system in this Oldsmobile 98 convertible works flawlessly. There may be a stray scratch on her - you're welcome to examine it, r send your representative.Everything that needed to be re-sealed, eplaced, ubed, reased, tc., as been done since I bought it. This Oldsmobile does not leak a drop of anything. I've never shown this car and am not a member of any car clubs. Selling due to unexpected medical expenses. This is one of the top examples of a 1970 Oldsmobile 98 convertible in the world - in beautiful azure blue, ith apearl interior, here are over 2 1970 Electra 225 convertibles for every 1970 Oldsmobile 98 convertible, nd over 3 1970 De Ville convertibles. I've seen so many that are total junk, ell for 10-20K.

Buy-it-now with a much lower reserve, erious about selling and making this reasonable for those serious about acquiring - this automobile could not be duplicated for my buy-it-now, o say the least of the reserve. Forthose that wish to ask questions or otherwise view the car: 515-988-9405.

*Notes: I took these pictures and I'm not a professional photographer, o no 'glamorous'pictures as you see in so many ads; howeverthe car will not leave any room for disappointment when seen in person. The outdoor shots were taken 2 years ago, hen I lived in TX. The indoor shots very recently here in IA, here the car presently is. I'm ashamed to say the car is quite dusty and the driver's door panel is down right filthy, t can look perfect following a detail... Also, do have the original boot cover, hich matches the color of the interior, t had shrunk with age and no longer quite fits. The newer whiteboot cover could be dyed to match the pearlinterior color.

Thank you and God Bless,

-Tony
