1960 MGA

This guard red 1060 MGA has been garaged since the mid 1980s. My husband had it restored to be a reliable car so it has some non authentic parts, such as minilite style wheels. The car has been fitted with a rebuilt 1500cc engine from an earlier model. Most other parts used in the renovation by my husband were either original to the car or parts ordered from Victoria British. Extremely well maintained despite not being driven regularly on the road since 2009. Very good condition. A few minor problems that are easily rectifiable. All chrome in good condition. New wooden floor. New carpets throughout. Seats in good condition and are relatively new. Tonneau and soft top. No rust. Some extra parts, including 3 of the original wheel rims. New fuel tank and level sender.Bad points. Would benefit from a full service. Speedometer needs overhaul. Mileage unknown. Hood front curtain is poor fit.Car drives well and is solid on the road.
