1969 Mercury Cougar project car

Car needs work missing hood and old owner cut inner fenders to fit motor Body is cherry it's a great builder solid car. Motor does run but missing fan and few other parts car has no back fees if reg in California but will have a salvage title because I bought it from a wrecking yard. Email me any questions you have.
