Car description

This would be a great parts car, or if you have an engine to put in, or part it out for a profit. I spent a lot of time and money fixing it up. I finally got it running great, then the head gasket failed. Buyer is responsible for towing.
PLEASE read the entire posting for details.
Brand New:
Starter
Transmission pan ( expensive )
4 matching high quality tires
Lemforder engine mounts
Lower control arms including ball joints
Brake pads and rotors all the way around
Front bumper
I converted the turbo waste gate to pressurized unit. This allows the removal of EGR junk for better air flow and power. This increased performance dramatically!
Injector nozzles
Throttle cable (hard to find)
Shut off valve
Radiator hoses
Thermostat
Alignment
The Good:
Sunroof works perfect. Steering is perfect. Seats, transmission, no cracks in the dashboard, all windows work, no big dents or body damage. Tires have less than 1,000 miles! I swapped the injection pump to a lower mileage, better condition unit which made a big improvement.
The only rust I could find is the battery tray, which works fine but is crusty. No rust anywhere else including wheels wells and anywhere underneath. The bones of this car are very solid.
The Bad:
I'm pretty sure the head gasket is blown. Coolant system will pressurize then leak after running for a while. Once it leaked from between the block and head. The last time it seemed the car overheated, then would no longer start and run. I tried one of the pour in head gasket sealers, worked for a few hundred miles then failed.
Rear view mirror is missing.
The Ugly:
Crack in the windshield, paint not horrible but could use some work, headliner has been removed but I don't think it looks bad.
This car is sold as is, considered not working and for parts or restoration ONLY!
The aftermarket stereo is not included.
