1972 Mercedes 250C

Please read before bidding!!!Overall car is in very good shape for the age. I purchased it a year ago from a very nice older lady, as far as i heard her husband passed away and she was selling the car. They purchased this car brand new in New Jersey in 1972. Very VERY surface rust, primerely underneath the rubber seal around the trunk area. Strong working engine, however does not run right now. It needs a starter and there also a problem with transmission, it seems to slip while on the second-third gears. Seats are torn and need new leather, however everything including power sunroof, power windows, original stereo, speakers, etc is working just great! Car can be an easy project or a strong donor car. Odometer shows 62490 Rare find, less then 9000 cars built!!!! Real beauty! Comes with lots of record and documentation! Brand new these cars went for $10K while new Ferrari were 11-12 at the time.
