Car description

I am selling my 1990 JDM Honda Civic Sir EF9. It is Completely Stock except for an aftermarket LSD Trans ( See Pics) which works flawlessly. I have also installed since purchasing car, a brand new set of RPF1's ( still have boxes) with Potenza RE71R's ( 205 50 R15), a set of Buddy Club Coilovers (used), and Front Skunk2racing Camber kit (new).
I have owned the car for about 4yrs, and have enjoyed the memories it brings back from when I owned one 25 years ago, when I had my own JDM dealership back home. Everywhere I drive it, the attention is crazy. Everyone from JDM enthusiasts to Cops are amazed at the tech stuff JDM cars had from back in the late 80's and early 90's (ABS and antenna in front bumper to help with parking, just to name a couple)
The car is 30 years old and is not flawless, however it is extremely well kept, and mechanically sound. I am OCD about maintenance. All fluids have been changed, and I would drive it anywhere, including out of state. All electronics works, including a/c. There are no leaks. I have a few extra maintenance parts I will throw in if my price is met.
I am going to list flaws so that any interested persons have a true picture of what they are looking at, and I can send additional pics upon request. I have 100% feedback on all my transactions, including a recent car sale so buy with confidence.
1. Driver seat has common Honda bolster wear issue. I had planned on replacing seat with something upgraded since I had tried in vain to find a good OEM replacement.
2. Paint on roof and hood has usual Honda clear peel, which is honestly common for most JDM cars of this age. Many JDM importers repaint roof and hood before listing pics etc. I just have not had the time because of work to really research and find someone who could give me the type of detailed paint job I would want for this car. I'd rather it stay the way it is until I did, or in this case, leave it up to the next owner to chose who they want to do the job.
3. There is absolutely no rust underneath the car, only rust is one spot that is only surface rust right by rear 1/4 glass. I can provide pics upon request.
4. The vertical black trim piece on the drivers door was snapped in half by someone probably at one of the shipping ports who stole the window vent visors. I have the trim piece, and when you put both pieces together it is next to impossible to see crack. However the mounting point behind it, that screws go into are snapped off. I was planning to paint the car, before using some kind of adhesive to reinstall. Just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
I will be listing the car on other websites, and on social media. I am open to sensible offers. The last antique Japanese car I recently sold is now being driven around with 0 mechanical issues. Customer is extremely happy with his purchase. Car comes with a clean Florida title which I have in hand.
