1981 HONDA CIVIC WAGON 3 Speed Automatic ( Like out of a TIME CAPSILE

1981 HONDA CIVIC WAGON…. this Civic Wagon is in Near Mint Condition . it's like it came out of a "time capsule"This is a ONE OWNER CAR . I'm selling it for my sister . She hasen't driven it for over 15 years . She used it for local errands & to take our mother to Dr. appointments & such . The back seat & cargo area has NEVER been used at all . Only the front seats were used . This car has NEVER been in an accident or drivin in the Rain . Only drivin in & around the town of Thousand Oaks Calif. This is a California car . was purchased in Thousand Oaks at AL PIANO HONDA ( New ) . Car has always been Garaged. ( Fading of paint on roof due to poor factory paint . I've been told not to paint roof because of Originality ). For the past 15 years my brother inlaw would take it out once a month for a half hour drive just to keep it in perfect running condition ………. I took possession of it 2 years ago . I immediately had the Civic gone thru for safety & anything needing attention . I had NEW TIRES put on - Serviced the 3 speed AIR CONDITIONER ( Really blows Cold Air ) Had it tuned up - Engine has NOT been Stem Cleaned …. Drained ALL FLUIDS & had CARBURATOR REBUILT - Installed NEW MUFFLER - Had a sophisticated KILL SWITCH installed - a NEW PIONEER RADIO with HANDS FREE installed …. ( I HAVE ORIGINAL RADIO ) - comes with the ORIGINAL TOOL KIT in Glove Box - OWNER MANUAL - Car JACK (never used) has a concealed BATTERY Trickle CHARGER . Has the Optional Delux Heater - Dash Clock…. EVERYTHING ON THIS CAR " WORKS " all Gauges. electrical . Clock . etc…. UNDER CARRIAGE is as nice as the Top Side.
