1952 GMC COE.
Thanks for all of the bids. Almost hit my reserve. Was informed that he’s likely a 1952 or 53 due to the push button door handles. So great to connect with all of you fellow COE collectors and enthusiasts..
Please find re listed add. ( you are here )Im going to start the auction at the previoushigh bid.
GOOD LUCK!!
CAB: GMC COE 5 Window cab. Known as "Catfish". Cab is solid and clean, Fenders and hood are straight, however there is a rust hole on left side cowl, left cab corner has a few small holes and right side cab corner needs work. Good dent over rear window confirms how tough this old boy is.
INTERIOR: Complete and in good shape, steering wheel is missing, original bucket / bench seat frames. Floor panels have some surface rust, All gauges are there. Right side windshield has cracks. Wing windows good, Corner windows nice. Missing right side door glass and rear window.
ENGINE: 270 straight 6 cyl. engine is clean, but not running.
DRIVETRAIN: 4 speed transmission, 2 speed differential. Driveshaft is missing.
CHASSIS: 2 ton rated springs. Steering box and shaft included but not installed, again steering wheel is missing. Century hydraulic lift. Brake master and wheel cylinders there but not working. 4 original 20" split rims. Tires hold air.
Great project truck! Bill of sale only.... no title. Buyer responsible for shipping. Questions: 303-718-3874
