1932 MARMON V-16 ENGINE (ONLY) What we are selling is the V-16 engine only for a 1932 Marmon. This motor is sold incomplete and in AS-IS condition. The only history we have is that it came out of the Swiggart Museum. in Huntington. PA. This place. from what we've been told is the oldest automobile museum in the US. Where they got it. we have no clue. Our understanding is that it has been stored indoor since the 1950's. The carburetors are missing. One exhaust manifold is missing. The distributor is missing. The motor # is 16 663. There is no evidence of any freeze crack issues. It does come with the engine stand that it was displayed on and that it came to us with. One valve cover has damage. Our theory is. this motor probably came out of a wreck way back in the thirties. The engine is sold AS-IS FOB - Madison Heights. Virginia (just north of Lynchburg. VA).
