Car description

This is a really clean 1986 F150 Ext cab pick up. Its fully loaded with a 351W naturally aspiratedengine, new transmission less than 900 miles ago and up to date service records. I bought it from the guy who bought it from the family of the original owner. At the time he purchased the truck it was running and driving perfect. After a few months itdevelopeda over heating issue. He replaced the fan clutch, adiator, hermosta, goose neck and water pump. The issue persisted and was then told it had a head gasket problem. He then sold it to me. I pulled the plugs and all were fuelfouledbut showed no sign of water contamination. the oil shows no signs of water. No coolant from the exhaust. There is excesspressurebuilding in the cooling system and can see some bubbles in theradiator. Other than that the engine seems to run well but has a slight miss which I believe isrelatedto the rich burn issue. That may be related to the EGR or simply a blown power valve in the factory holley carb. The body and frame are inexcellentcondition. No rust found anywhere. the int is in very good shape with some wear normal for a 29 yr old truck. no rips or tears. dash pad is perfect. everything on the dash is nice.Under the hood is as close to factory as Ive ever seen on a truck this age and has not been molested. everything it came with is still there and functional except the smog pump which is frozen and disconnected. There is a few extra wires where the first owner hooked up a trailer brake and put the 7 pin plug in the bed like would be found for agoosenecktype hitch although there is no sign of a 5th wheel or ball ever been mounted in the bed.Ive owned this truck for 4 days and havedescribedit to the best of myknowledgeifthere'sfurther info you need please contact me by txt @ 3866887707. If this truck does not sell here I'm really tempted to keep it and fix it up for a daily driver.Check out the pics and my sellerfeedbackrating.I can deliver this truck for .85 cents a loaded mile. that means you only pay for a one way trip. Thanks! It should go without saying but I will put it in writing anyway. This is a used truck and is sold as is where is with nowarranty expressed orimplied. What you see is what you get.
