1976 FORD F150 Ranger XLT 4X4 Short Bed Pickup

Selling this truck for my busy out of town father-n-law.
The truck is located in Fresno, California.

The owner has had this truck parked in a 'non op' status for 6+ years and has owned it since 2016. He's ran the motor and driven the truck periodically during this time but for the most part was a side project that never took place.
The truck runs and drives pretty good with the exception of a squeaky power steering that has some drag and maybe the carburetor needing a little tune up. The brakes, headlights, wipers, heater, etc all work fine. Odometer reads 76,299 possibly original mileage due to condition of body and trim but could be other as well? Right rear wheel appears to be bent a little outward. Truck has all matching chrome steel wheels but as seen in photos, the one white spoke spare is on due to a flat front tire. Driver side window is in good shape and operational but window came off track and is sitting at bottom of door belly.

Body is straight with the exception of a few minor dings. The truck spent half of its life in Arizona then was taken to Mexico for an unknown amount of time then spent its last 18 or so years up in the Fresno area on a ranch. This truck lived in a very dry climate between Arizona, Mexico and California with no signs of any cancerous rust at all. Truck does appear to of gotten a second coat of paint at one point in its life so unsure if there is any type of minor or major body work that took place? The floors look very nice from underside, door jambs and door pillars are all free of rust with clean original metal. The truck bed itself does have some dings and a slight surface rust to it but zero cancerous rust anywhere. The owner has all the original Ranger 'style side' trim handles and body cleats that came originally mounted to the truck (see pics).
