Take a trip back to 1965 in this just finished long term rotisserie restoration of a first month 1965 A code Mustang Fastback with test miles only. Total restoration of an absolutely straight never rusted or bent Mustang that has been off the road more than 40 years. All original Ford sheet metal. Emphasis on maintaining originality during restoration. Factory Raven Black paint (A) and all new red interior, seat belts front and rear. Ralley pack, restored AM radio, console and GT equipment. Style wheels (5) with dual redline bias ply tires, correct jack and ratcheting handle. Original Carlite glass all around (except vent windows). All new factory correct wiring. Runs and drives perfectly.
Overhauled 289, original C5AE-6015-E Block, bored .030. All new internal componets (crankshaft, rods, pistons valves and cam). Correct 4100 carburetor. Toploader 4 speed with Hurst control box and stock shifter handle, new clutch. 9 inch rear with 3.89 gears and posi, factory front disc brakes. This car drives like a brand new car and is a pleasure to drive.
