Car description

1977 Ford F250 | 104. 00 original miles!! This is an all-original '77 Ford F-250. The paint is original. the interior is original. and the drivetrain is original. Does it have flaws?  Sure.  Does it have anything to hide? Nope. Mechanical The truck runs. drives. and stops well with tight steering and solid power from the 351M. What's a 351M you ask?  Well. it's not a 351W or a 351C (even though it is in the same family as the 351C).  If you'd like to school yourself on the 351M. go here: http://en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Ford_335_engine.  Yes. some early 351M engines had problems with block cracking. but the problem was corrected in the casts after March 2nd. 1977 (this truck was produced June 8th of '77). In my time of owning. I removed the original two barrel carburetor and EGR manifold and put in place a Weiand Action +Plus Intake Manifold (8010) and a 600 CFM electric choke Edelbrock four barrel (original intake and carb included in the sale if you want them). Paired with the 351M is a three speed column shift manual -- a rare combo in the 3/4 ton trucks (most featured the floor shift granny-low four speed). Regular maintenance is up to date with the following being performed in the last six months: Engine oil and filter (200 miles ago) New tires (BF Goodrich Commercial T/A Traction) New intake manifold (Weiand Action +Plus Intake Manifold 8010) New carburetor (Edelbrock 600 CFM) New brake master cylinder New rear brakes (including shoes. hardware. and rebuilt wheel cylinders) New spark plugs. cap. and rotor Want to see and hear it run?  Check out the videos at the bottom of the page. Exterior All original and in very nice shape. Paint shows well. but there are some cosmetic issues which I've listed below (all of which can be seen in the photos): Small dent in the rear above the right tail light. Small dent in the passenger side edge of the hood. Lots of chips in the paint on the top of tailgate Chips in the paint on the driver's side near the 5th wheel trailer wiring hookup Thin paint on the driver's side near the base of the window. Interior All original with the only seam tears showing on the bottom of the bench seat. The dash has one minor and one major crack and the steering wheel also has a couple of cracks behind the horn pad. Headliner is perfect with no sags or stretching. Everything functions as it should (including all of the vacuum operated ventilation controls. the A/C and heat. all gauges. and the AM radio). Questions?
