1953 Ford Crestline Sunliner. 50th Anniversary model-final year of the Flathead V8. Frame off restoration. Total rebuild of all mechanical parts, springs re-arched. Dual exhaust with Magna Flow mufflers, fed by 1953 Indy Pace car manifolds. Converted to 12 volt system with Powermaster 70 amp alternator that looks like original generator. Electric fuel pump, with on/off bat switch under dash.All factory correct colors inside and out. Exterior is Timberline Green metallic. Reproduction upholstery material from S&S, all as factory original. Runs and drives perfectly on repro Firestone wide white radial tires. Correct as new convertible top, with matching boot, top-drive upgraded to hydraulic. Original radio modified to modern with AM/FM/ Aux inputs. Stereo dash speaker with large pancake speakers under front seat. Great sound. Period correct license plates, all chrome and SS trim excellent. Trunk has unused spare and jack, plus tool box cruising kit with misc tools, spares, etc. Beautiful car, but due to health reasons, time to downsize.
