Loaded with a power top. new air conditioning. 4-wheel disc brakes. Eleanor wheels. custom paint and bodywork. and more. this machine turns heads and will make the next owner very happy! THIS VEHICLE HAS A CLEAN AND CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE IN OUR POSSESSION. AND IS NOT A CONSIGNMENT VEHICLE. DESCRIPTION If you are looking for a car that has lets you enjoy top-down driving. has the modern chassis and braking upgrades of a resto-mod. classic show-car good looks. and a monster 400+ horsepower motor to back those looks up. this is probably the right car for you! The body is super clean and solid on this Mustang. and you can take a 4”x4” magnet over the whole thing and it will stick like glue. with the exception of the fiberglass hood and custom side scoop inserts. It is a solid and straight body. and I see no signs of any chicken wire. beer cans. or anything else when you look around the car. It is VERY nice looking machine. Paint is glossy and slick. and there are only a handful or so truly minor little marks like stone chips and things to be found on the exterior of it. The worst mark is on the passenger side rear corner behind the trunk lid where a ½” by 1/8” chip happened and has been touched up with correct paint. Other than that. it is ready to go to a car show! Trim and brightwork is in very good condition. with the only issues being some chips on the back side of the rear bumper. some crazing on the trim where the buttons are located for the convertible boot. and the vent window trim. The rest of it looks really nice. The convertible was new when the car was redone. and it still shows wonderfully. with no rips. tears. or damage. The power top works and just needs a little bit of a push when going back open. Latches work and seal it down. and the header is smooth and seals well too. Glass on the car is in very good condition. with no cracks or damage. All the windows roll up and down easily like they should. and the seals and weather stripping all around the car are in good condition too. Eleanor style wheels are basically new. and are in great condition. They are wrapped in almost new rubber with about 1. 00 miles since installation. 4-wheel disc brakes work fantastic. and bring the car down from speed without any odd pulling or modulation. The chassis of the car is solid and clean. as the photos show. It has traction bars added to keep the wheel hop out under launch. and everything underneath is dirty. but all good. A pressure wash and some time spent wiping it down would do wonders. The car rides smoothly. handles nicely. and doesn’t do anything on in the ride department. It has enough bracing to keep it performance oriented. without sacrificing ride quality. The interior of the car is really nice. and shows very well. Seats are clean and well cared for with no rips or tears. Carpet is clean and neat and shows well. The OLD AIR under dash A/C unit works really well. and cools the car down with ease. It uses R134A for cooling. Turn the key and you realize what the meat of this car is when the 450hp 351 Cleveland motor comes to life! It rumbles so nicely you’ll find yourself starting it just to hear it idle! The engine has that great roller/rocker sound to it. and was built to be a great performer without crossing the line to where you need to be a mechanic to own it. It is pretty much a start-and-drive car. and has not needed any adjustments or maintenance in the time we have had it. It starts up. idles clean. and is ready to roar when you are! Power is smooth and sure throughout the power band. and the car pulls nicely on acceleration. with no hiccups. We run it on 97 octane per the previous owner’s recommendation. and I would advise you to do the same. The engine is mildly detailed and dressed. and shows really well with the hood open at car shows. Again. this car has NOT been detailed by us. so imagine how clean it will look after a Sunday afternoon wiping everything down! The monster aluminum radiator and combination of fans help keep this beast from getting to hot. and I have driven it on the beach in stop and go traffic twice on this 80 degree winter days here in Florida without incident. The car is a great example of a super clean and show quality car that you can drive and enjoy. and it has the perfect amount of power on tap to satiate your tire burning desires if the mood strikes.
