Car description

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEASBUYERS WELCOME! PLEASE CALL ME AT (76O) 8O5-8038 TO BUY IT NOW!SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE. THIS IS NOTA GAME AND IS NOT CHEAP.THANKS AND GOOD LUCK! Pictures do not do this van justice. This is an incredible Red 1964 Ford Econoline Shorty Van that is ready to drive, have fun, and win shows today! It was an award winner three years in a row at the Sacramento Autorama. It would cost a fortune to have this van built today. The vannin craze is huge right now, especially here in SunnySouthern California where they can be driven year round. Prices have gone through the roof lately especially on the early Shorties, Chevy and Dodge included.I already have another 1967 orange Shorty named the General Lemmy with all modern drivetrain/suspension and my dog Johnny Cash likes it better. I cannot drive both. It is difficult to list all of the custom work done on this one but I will try. The paint is beautiful. Candy red with gold flake accent stripes. The roof is painted red with heavy metal flake. The body is excellent. It is completely rust free and always has been. It is a lifelong CA van that was purchased new by Pacific Bell. I have theoriginal owner's manual with the factory dealer order form. It is very straight. It is not perfect, but it is extremely nice. The undercarriage is excellent and very clean. It has neon blue lighting underneath as well as in the custom chrome grill that lights up with the flick of a switch.Custom 1959 Cadillacbullet taillights.Eyelids on the headlights. It is powered by a built 302 cubic inch Ford V-8 that runs extremely well. It is nothing too radical and has good street manners. It has an additional electric fan as well and always stays at about 190 degrees even in traffic. It is smooth and strong. It is nicely detailed with plentyof chrome underneath the hood. It is very clean. Column shift automatic transmission shifts very well.Dual exhaust exiting out the back with chrome exhaust tips. The van has front disc brakes. Coil over shocks in the rear. It runs and drives very nicely. The interior is amazing and plush. It is done in soft tan with custom everything. Obviously the centerpiece is the one-of-a-kind rear seat. It is an early Thunderbird style with molded in armrests and fold down center armrest. It is so cool and incredibly well done. The rear shelf behind it is actually a dash. Custom side panels with integrated flames. They are also molded into the engine cover and center cup holder. Custom covered front seats. Bright red carpeting in the front footrestarea. Sun visors, chrome gauge cluster, leather wrapped steering wheel, chrome glove box door. Clean installation was done for the upgraded CD player with Bluetooth auxiliary. Multiple speakers throughout the van. Two Pyle Driver subwoofers in the rear with large amplifier. The system sounds great. Like new Cragar S/S wheels with raised white letter tires. This is an excellent example of an early Ford Shorty. It is not a perfect Concours example either so please be realistic with your expectations. I do not believe anybody will be disappointed with it. Clean, clear CA title in hand with current CA registration. No smog ever needed.Tow your vintage Airstream across the Great Old US of A in style! I am located in Cardiff, California in North County Coastal San Diego. Thanks!
