1981 Fiat Spider 2000 Convertible, Solid, and Very Straight

1981 Fiat Spider 2000 Convertible. Car does not run. I was turning it over and it just stopped turning over. Body is very straight, and clean. I have not found any rust on the car. Top is in poor shape, but it comes with a brand new one that is of high quality. I didn't buy the cheapest top. I bought a good canvas one. If you have any questions call 6512085196.
