1972 240z Rust Free Matching Numbers Solid Project SoCalifornia 93505 No Reserve

For sale is a 1972 Datsun 240z. This is a project and in my opinion the ideal state to get it in. You can see any issue that might have needed to be repaired but this is solid. A great start for restoring a 240z. All the parts in the pictures are included with the sale. They will be safely loaded and secured in the car ready for pick up or transport. Its been about 2 years since it has been running. I pulled the dash and fuel tank. My plans were to restore the dash and even though its in good condition it still has some cracks. The motor was said to be rebuild severalyears prior to me getting it. Sounded very healthy with excellent throttle response and no strange noises, leaks, or overheating -- sounded great. The transmission was updated to a 5-speed. There are severalother parts that will be included as I go through the garage; mainly the smaller items and boxes of nuts and bolts ect.

** No Title**
There is currently no title. It was purchased from an auction at a auto body shop. The previous owner dropped it off to get it restored in 2011 and never came and paid for any work or storage. It was later mechanic lien saleand sold at a auction. I have the auction lien sale paperwork and all the proper paperwork to obtain Title in California.
I can obtain title For an additional $150 once the CaliforniaDMV reopens. The buyer can take the car and I would get a VIN verification by a licensed service or through CHP so I would have all the necessarydocuments to go to DMV and obtain title. I would pay for any fees in excessof the $150 necessaryto obtain title and bring to current Non-op status. If the buyer is okay with the no title and takes the lien sale auction paperwork and a bill of sale from me I will give a $200 discount to save me a trip to DMV.
