1983 Nissan Datsun Pulsar NX Turbo(yes, Nissan badged their US cars both Datsun and Nissan for 1983)
This one came to us out of a local collector's hands; he had to choose between this or his Subaru XT, and, well, the Subaru is his true passion. This car comes with boxes of spares, a complete extra pair of seats, taillights, a wide assortment of NOS parts and period correct accessories. The chin spoiler, decals, wood rimmed steering wheel and full stainless Battle Racing exhaust continue the period-appropriate touches. Exhaust isn't loud at all, seems to be mainly an aesthetic choice. He even tracked down JDM gold-finish key blanks for this thing.
1.5L Turbo/3-speed Automatic - The automatic is a bit of a let-down, but all-in-all it's a very tidy and well-kept vintage item that's easy to drive and maintain, and still gets over 30 mpg!
