Car description

240z with 100,147 miles on the chassis. Engine has 147 miles on it. Just rebuilt a 280z engine bored to 3.0L with a refurbished head and mikuni 44 phh carbs. Has original 4 speed currently but comes with 5 speed as well as original parts. Radiator and fan have been switched out for an Arizona Z radiator and Electric fan. Fully Caged with sparco pro 2000 racing seats and fiaa certified belts. Has some scratches and paint chips. Most notably on the front right lower valence and on the drivers side rear fender well. Rust free exterior, ndercarriage was blasted then fiberglass sealed. Interior has been stripped completely and a 10 point cage has been installed per SCAA regulations. Also comes with two sets of stock carbs and another 280z turbo block. Some additional parts are pictured with the car. Original seats and interior parts have been preserved and will go with the vehicle. Fuel tank has been replaced with harwood race tank and battery has been moved to the rear.Vehicle is in running condition and has no major mechanical issues. Engine was recently rebuild (375 miles ago) and sparco pro 2000 seats and sliders were installed with sparco 4 inch belts bolted to the frame since these vehicles didn't come with airbags. The engine that was rebuild is a later model 280z Naturally aspirated 2.8l bored to 3.0 and had all pistons replaced. The head was refurbished. The car also has an upgraded arizona z car radiator with electric fan as the old one wasinsufficientfor the larger engine. Front and rear sway bars have been installed. Has 16 x 9 american racing wheels all around but the tread on the tires is getting low and they will need to be replaced soon. Exhaust is a 6 to 2 headers which are joined to one 2.25 exhaust pipe. Carbs are mikuni phh 44 purchased from wolf creek racing late last year specifically tuned for this build but will include a carb balancer and additional jets so you can tune it as you see fit. Fuel pump was replaced with an electric holley fuel pump which sits behind the passenger side rear wheel. Fuel pump regulator in the engine bay ensures perfect pressure for carbs. Fuel tank replaced with a harwood racing fuel cell with return fuel line setup. 10 point racing cage has also been installed.History: I am the third owner of this car it was originally made and build to be an SCAA race car and run as such until 2008 when it was bought and converted into a show car. I acquired it in 2010 and have worked to restore it back into an SCAA race car. Currently the only part not in spec are the race seats which expired in 2008 but everything else including belts andpower trainselection make this vehicle legal for racing. Has been garage kept since I acquired it. Drove last week to finish the break in on the engine and has since been stored.Features: This sale is for the vehicle which is in running working condition as well as all spare parts that I have for the vehicle. These include but are not limited to:
