Car description |

Chevrolet 210 Wagon that is complete. This is a project car with approximately $15k put into it. The reserve is much lower. The car runs and drives fine. It starts right up and runs smooth. Lots of new parts - new radiator, disc brakes in front, dual master cylinder, wheels/tires, gas tank, exhaust system, driver's window, rebuilt carburetor. New parts that come with it that haven't been installed - turquoise seat belts for front and rear seat, new heater core and mounting plate (the current heater works fine). 4 hubcaps that I believe are original. Car cover and cleaning products for whitewalls.
The engine is a 283 and is probably circa 1962. It appears to be in good condition. The transmission is a TH400 and I don't believe original to the car. They are almost leak free. The headliner is in excellent condition. The seats are okay and are probably original. All the windows roll up and down. There is a crack in the right rear window. All other glass is intact. The gauges work but don't seem to be 100% accurate. The horn needs to be rewired.
This is a project car! There is a fair amount of rust on the rockers, floor pan, and other areas. Some is surface rust, some is more extensive. This was the next project I was going to tackle but I just don't have the time for it. If you aren't interested in doing sheet metal restoration, please don't bid on this. This is a project car. Although this is a 210, someone put Bel Air trim on it. It is not a Bel Air. The original color was a dark blue/white and someone repainted it turquoise/white.
I am limited to putting up 18 photos. I took photos of some of the rust areas. If you would like more photos of anything, let me know. If you have questions, I will answer them as soon as possible to the best of my ability. I can also send you video of it running and driving. This is a project car!
