Car description

Up for auction is my 1989 Chevy Corvette - 6 Speed - Z-51 Package - Greenwood Body Kit
This car has had all of its maintenance done recently (oil, transmission fluid, rear differential fluid, Coolant, brake fluid, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, brake pads, rotors, spark plugs, wire set and cap/rotor). She runs great and starts every time without any issues. The 6 speed transmissions shifts great and has no issues at all.
We also recently put on new wheels & tires (Sport Muscle - 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 in back with General G-Max RS tires). The brake system was upgraded to slotted and cross-drilled rotors along with ceramic pads. This car has the original Z51 package so it has larger brakes, oil cooler, better suspension (including adjustable dampers) and a few other performance oriented options.
My corvette also has an original Greenwood body kit on it (this is not a knock-off version) and it really sets this car apart from others! Here are some other upgrades I have done:
1) Headlights replaced with LED HID upgrade.
2) Front driving lights also upgraded to LED
3) Professional audio shop removed all of the Bose wiring & amps and ran all new wiring for Rockford Fosgate speakers & JVC Headunit. (Has USB, Bluetooth audio, handsfree calling, etc...)
4) All interior lights have been upgraded to LED bulbs.5) The power sport seats work great but leather was not in best condition - I installed Corvette specific seat covers so interior looks much better.
6) replaced OEM wheel (worn) with Ecklers 4 spoke racing wheel. - Tilt and telecoping work perfectly still.7) Digital dash was re-built over a year ago and works perfectly including the light sensing dim/brightness.8) Brand new Alternator & Battery9) All AC lines, Collector, Compressor have been replaced for R134 conversion. However the pressure release on top is leaking and I have not been able to track down a replacement.10) Car has a Targa top that comes off and goes back on perfectly. Top stores in back when you want to remove.11) Shiftknob has been upgraded to carbon fiber version12) Interior trim pieces have been wrapped in 3M 7D Carbon Fiber wrap - this can be removed if you like13) Performance Air Foil installed on throttle body.14) Rear Muffler Delete15) Windows have been tinted and the front glass has also been tinted to keep heat down and keep interior in great condition.16) All power windows, door locks and seats work.17) Brand new front and rear Corvette badges.
Let me state she leaks no fluids at all (always in garage and never anything under her after a long cruise or spirited driving. Interior is in great condition also, no cracks in the dash cover and every button works - especially all of the info system and digital dash. The new LED headlights also make driving at night great.

The only issues with the car that I know of now are;
1) She will need new rear weatherstripping for hatch installed - I am including this and the 3M Adhesive needed.2) Car needs an alignment - tracks great but wheel is just slightly off from center.3) AC needs the pressure valve replaced and system re-charged. As stated above I have not been able to find one.4) I am also including new rear hatch struts with car, just need to be put on. Old ones work but don't push all the way to top.5) The worst part of the car is the paint, it has some white hazy spots in clear coat on hood and a few spots where clear coat is peeling. From about 10' back it looks amazing but if you get close and inspect you can see it needs some work.6) ABS light does come on sometimes - I was told this could be a faulty sensor.7) Door Ajar light comes on at times - this is due to a loose sensor on drivers door (likely needs to be replaced).

The Corvette sounds and drives amazing. Never overheats and she has been well cared for, always garage kept. Just looking to move on to a new project so it is time to sell this one. If you have any questions let me know and I can answer them for you. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and want to come see it in person let me know, if you are out of the area I can help you with shipping the car no problem (at your cost). Car is as-is with no warranty.

Good luck bidding!
