1970 Corvette Stingray L-46 Option

Up for sale is this beautiful 1970 coupe. This car has undergone a complete body-off restoration and is ready to drive! This car retains its original power train and carburetor. This is a matching numbers car. Recently repainted white as part of the total restoration process, the original color was Laguna Gray with a red interior. The current interior is black with black leather seats. Beautiful exterior paint with no chips, cracks or scratches! This is an L-46 350/350 optioned car. Factory horsepower rating is 350 HP. The transmission is a 4-speed manual that operates properly. I have recently installed a 12 volt Electronic Ignition system. The rear axle ratio is 3:36 to 1. The factory compression ratio is 11:1 as it is today. Clean NJ title. I have owned and driven it for 25 years.
Everything works properly with the exception of these items: the speedometer needle is currently jumping, the clock, the vacuum system for the windshield wiper door and the fuel gauge. Thechassis has been thoroughly restored however you can still see where there are areas where there was surface rust pitting. This has all been stripped down to the bare metal and painted with POR-15 products. The dashboard and interior panels have been dyed to match the leather seats, door panels and carpeting. You can see in a few spots where some of the red color has worn through.
