Car description

1968 Chevrolet C10 2wd Long Bed. Real patina -- only Mother Nature can produce such an amazing paint job. This is not some rattle-can wannabe. . . it's the real deal! Truck is only showing 114. 00 miles. VERY solid body with zero rust in rockers and rocker boxes. Rare Light Green and white two-tone paint has been preserved without clear coat. Runs and drives great. Interior: New door and window crank handles. new dash pad (not simply recovered). 67-68 SS Camaro steering wheel. custom reupholstered seat with Cheyenne scroll-embossed pattern (not a cheap slip-on cover). factory rubber floor mat still in place in excellent condition. Radio opening is still intact and has never been touched. New knobs and excellent original gauge cluster. Exterior: Trimming out the 47-year old paint is all new chrome and lenses: door handles. grille moldings. fender and hood moldings. fender emblems. mirrors. hood letters. All new side marker lenses and front/rear turn signal and brake light lenses. Lights and turn signals work properly. Tires and Wheels: Front 255/40-20 Nitto's and Rear 305/40-22 Nitto's are wrapped around 20 x 8 and 22 x 9 Limited Edition American Racing Torque Thrusters. Engine/Trans/Exhaust: Factory 307/400 turbo still in place. New aluminum Edelbrock Performer intake and Edelbrock 1407 carb with mechanical choke. New Accel HEI distributor. 8. 8mm Accel wires and AC Delco plugs. All new vacuum and fuel lines. Factory 'RV' cam sounds great! All new exhaust tied to the original ram horn manifolds: 2. 5" true duals with Flowmaster 40s dumped over the rear axle. Inner fender and lower leading edge of passenger fender have some rust under the battery tray. Tray has been replaced and radiator support is solid. Suspension: New 3"/4" CPP lowering kit with nitro shocks. neoprene bushings and all new grade-8 hardware. Sits just right without sacrificing ride quality. . . NO tire rub front or rear. Factory 6-lug hubs and axles are still in place. 2" alloy spacers are used to mount the 5-lug wheels. Factory drum brakes front and rear with all new shoes. flex lines. dual-feed master cylinder and wheel cylinders. Frame and suspension are very solid with no rust. Thousands have been spent to preserve this one-of-a-kind C10. We hate to see it go. but it's time to move on to the next project. Trucks this solid are very rare. This is a real survivor!
